This is how the mood tracker with books & plants works:

1. At the beginning of each month you will write down the month.
2. Decide which moods you want to track. Use the pre-filled version or the blank version and add you own moods.
3. Decide on the colors that you want to use and color the squares with that color.
4. Start tracking! Each number represents a day of the month. Search the right number, decide your mood of the day and give the book or plant the color that matches with your mood.
